Homework are small scale assignments meant to reinforce the student’s learning in class. It is not required if your child has demonstrated sufficient understanding in class. Whenever you observe that your child may be struggling with his/her homework in terms of quantity, do feel free to contact the subject teachers for discussion. The school is keen to work closely with parents in helping the children to achieve the best learning outcomes.
The school would like to thank all the parents who have contributed their suggestions towards the implementation of this idea.
Q) What if I don’t have internet access at home?
A) Dear parent, thank you for your question. Not to worry if there’s no computer at home. Students are still expected to exercise personal responsibility in taking down their homework assignments in class. The online version is just additional info for parents’ reference. Sometimes your child may have forgotten about the homework assigned to them, the online version allows parents and students an additional channel to help themselves to such information. It also allows parents to take pro-active steps in building up the discipline of their child towards taking personal responsibility.
